Why We Build Tools Instead of Just Lists

Most betting sites tell you what to think. We would rather hand you the instruments and let you check our working: the same Poisson model behind the Prognosis Engine drives our football predictions, and the Bankroll Simulator is the honest antidote to every "guaranteed system" ever sold.

If a tool ever disagrees with one of our tips, trust the tool, then tell us. That feedback loop is the product.

Which Tool Answers Which Question

Start from the question you actually have. If a specific fixture is on your mind, the Prognosis Engine is the one: pick a division and a match, and it returns fair prices for the result, the correct scores, the goals lines, the Asian handicaps, cards and corners, all from the model's own expected goals. If the question is about a whole season rather than one afternoon, the Scenario Machine plays the remaining fixtures out ten thousand times per division and reports how often each club finishes where.

If you already know what you want to back and the question is how much, the Bankroll Simulator runs flat stakes, percentage staking and Kelly against thousands of simulated seasons, so variance shows up on a chart instead of in your account. And if you have no account yet, the Bookmaker Finder asks how you bet before it recommends anything.

Two more calculators live on the pages where the question arises rather than here. The free-bet value calculator sits on the free bets page, because that is where it is needed: a £30 token is not £30, and what it is worth depends on the odds you use it at. The accumulator pricer sits with the tips, and it prices legs off the same score grid the model uses, so two selections from one match are priced together instead of multiplied as though they were independent.

What These Tools Will Not Do

None of them sells certainty. The Prognosis Engine loads the model's expected goals and then locks them, because a prognosis you can type your own numbers into is your opinion with our layout around it. The Bankroll Simulator has no winning system to unlock; it exists to show how ordinary variance feels across a season, which is usually enough to talk someone out of chasing a loss.

The Scenario Machine will not tell you what your club needs in August. At 380 fixtures with three outcomes each, the number of possible seasons runs past 180 digits, so early on it projects rather than solves, and it only switches to the run-in solver once the remaining fixtures are few enough for the question to have an answer. Where a feed is missing something we leave the section out instead of filling it: corners are absent for clubs newly promoted from the National League, because that feed does not record them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these football betting tools really free?

Yes: no sign-up, no paywall, no premium tier. The site earns affiliate commission from bookmakers, never from you.

How that works is on our how we rate page.

Do the tools use real data?

The models are seeded from real results and refreshed every matchday; anything you can adjust is labelled.

The same model powers our football predictions.

Do they work on mobile?

All four run in the browser on any phone, tablet or desktop: nothing to install.

Prefer betting on your phone too? See the best betting apps.

Will the tools tell me what to bet?

They show you the maths; the decision stays yours. No model removes risk from betting.
